چکیده
Terminalia ferdinandiana (Kakadu plum) is an Australian native plant that has recently gained the attention of researchers due to its highly antioxidant compounds have substantial health benefits. To raise value, in this study, it used for first time synthesize ZnO nanoparticles anti-lung cancer and anti-inflammatory activities. The formation KKD-ZnO-NPs (ZnO particles obtained from Kakadu were confirmed using a UV-Visible spectrophotometer. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy analysis functional groups are responsible stabilization capping KKD-ZnO-NPs. flower shape synthesized was by field emission-scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) emission-transmission (FE-TEM) analyses. crystallites pure had average size 21.89 nm as measured X-ray diffraction (XRD). dynamic light scattering (DLS) revealed range polydisperse 676.65 ± 47.23 with PDI 0.41 0.0634. Furthermore, potential cytotoxicity investigated vitro against human lung cell lines (A549) Raw 264.7 Murine macrophages cells normal ensure safety purposes MTT assay. Thus, showed prominent adenocarcinoma at 10 μg/mL increased reactive oxygen species (ROS) production well, which could promote toxicity cells. Moreover, upregulation p53 downregulation bcl2 gene expression apoptosis regulators via RT-PCR. In addition, possess similar capacity reduction proinflammatory-nitric oxide (NO) when compared L-NMMA inflammation’s inhibitor, indicating potential. Incorporation plum extract reducing stabilizing agents enabled green synthesis flower-shaped be initiative development effective therapy drug.

Nitrogen heterocyclic compounds such as pyrazolines have been found to possess a broad spectrum of biological activities such as anticancer, antitubercular, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antidepressant activities. Pyrazoline derivatives IV, V (a-e) have been synthesized from the intermediate chalcones III (a-h) by cyclizing with phenyl hydrazine and hydrazine hydrate. The structures of thes...
متن کاملANTI CANCER ACTIVITY OF ZnO NANOPARTICLES on MCF7 (BREAST CANCER CELL) AND A549 (LUNG CANCER CELL)
ZnO nanoparticles have been proved to be promising in cancer treatment, including the tumor cells destruction with minimal damage to the healthy cells. In the present study highly pure ZnO nano particles with a narrow size distribution of 16-19 nm were prepared by the simple DMC (Dry Mechano-Chemical) method in the lab. The anticancer activity on MCF7 (Breast cancer cell) and A549 (Lung Cancer ...
